They were able to replace my side window the same day I called in. They were also extremely fast, cleaned up the broken glass inside my car, and the price was cheaper than I’ve paid in San Jose in the past. Def recommend!
The front desk claimed they could not "repair" but could only "replace" my glass with one from their "warehouse." I was not given the opportunity to inspect the glass before installation. They failed to disclose significant differences, in violation of Automotive and Consumer Protection standards. I was knowingly misled into purchasing a substandard "replacement" far below the quality of my original. The glass installed leaks, does not fit correctly, and lacks the glare and heat reduction my OEM windshield provided. I raised these issues within 24 hours. Their only response was to demand over four times the original charge for an OEM replacement, refusing any refund. They even attempted to upcharge me for features my original windshield already had. This was a deceptive, unethical, and unacceptable business practice. Horrible experience. Will never return. Avoid this place at all costs.
Cheapest repair place by far. Very nice staff. Nice waiting area.. Was charged wayyyy less than the seven places I called. I highly recommend them. I was all fixed and ready to go in a couple of hours and they even cleaned up the glass on the inside of my car
These guys are great! My car's rear windshield got smashed in - i went to some other shops which quoted me $2000 for the replacement. That sounded really high so I called 3 other places including this location - this location had the cheapest price at $895 for the exact same service. Other places I called, quoted me $1165, $1200, and $1300 for the same repair, which means that the rest are overcharging for sure. My insurance worked with this shop and everything was super easy. I was initially nervous with the name of the store (“Low Price” lol) but they had ~270+ 5 star reviews so felt better about going with them. They just finished up and did a spectacular job - you can’t tell that it was broken! The customer service was great too - the guy was super accommodating, even though I asked a million questions lol. Great place, would recommend!
I never knew a small chip in the windshield could turn into a massive crack due to the big swings in the weather. A lesson learned the hard way. Luckily for me, not a very expensive one thanks to Low Price Auto Glass. We were having some severe temperature swings a few weeks ago...hitting low 70's one day and high 30's the next morning... Needless to say a small chip on my Windshield turned into a crack, which proceeded to expand immensely within a week. I knew the entire Windshield needed to be replaced when one afternoon the crack expanded and covered more than half the area. I did a quick search and found several options. I picked Low Price Auto Glass because they quoted me the best price in the area and, the reviews were good. I called Low Price Auto Glass around noon to inquire if they were busy, and ended up going in around 2:00 PM. The shop was easy to find, the waiting room is small and minimalist, be warned there is no restroom here...so good luck if you need to relieve yourself. They were quick, efficient and replaced the Windshield within an hour. Work was a bit messy, as they left pieces of the dry glue or weatherstripping in the car...not a big deal...overall 3.5 ***
