Lucero Canteen est un petit café situé dans le centre de Kitchener, au 22 Ontario St N. Les clients louent le meilleur café de la région KW, avec des pour-overs réalisés par des experts et une sélection de pâtisseries remarquables, des donuts aux scones. Le personnel est sympathique, les places près de la fenêtre, baignées par la lumière du soleil, sont accueillantes, et l’ambiance décontractée et branchée en fait un endroit prisé pour une visite rapide et de qualité — même lorsque l’endroit est occupé.

Excellent coffee and desserts made with high quality ingredients. Friendly service and a laid back, hipster vibe. I usually find bar stools uncomfortable, but sitting by the window here was surprisingly comfortable and relaxing.

I don’t know where to start with this one. It has to be one of the best cafe in town tucked away in some streets of downtown Kitchener. It has one of the best coffees and sometimes the line up and get overwhelming and their almost no place for tables and it’s small cafe it’s always full. I had their cappuccino and it’s really nice and they have different varieties of filled donuts which are delicious and scones. I would definitely suggest visiting early as most of the things will be sold out my late afternoon.

I’ve been meaning to go here for some time and wowwww it did not disappoint. I had the banana donut - perfection. The fluffiest rich and not overly sweet. I paired it with a latte - can’t remember the type or espresso but it had vanilla in it. I’ve had some of the best coffee in the world and this one tops it. I expected us to wait a while as it was PACKED. I think within 3 mins we had everything. I plan to make this a regular Sunday morning outing. Thank you!

By far the best selection of coffee in KW (at least since Show&Tell closed ;). Expert pour-overs. And that would be enough to keep me coming back. But they have so much more. I’m not just talking about the wonderful array of pastries. Every employee is delightful and seems to genuinely enjoy what they do. The way the sunlight pours in the windows in the morning, painting the warm tones of the interior with a soft brilliance. Everything just comes together to make this the best coffee shop.

I love their pastries—the best in the area! The ambience is chill and cozy. Highly recommend! I got a donut and peach danish to go, and the staff thoughtfully marked on the box which side had the cream so it wouldn’t get squished—such a lovely touch.🥰
