Update: Came here again for a large multi-birthday party event with family and friends. Everything was set up and people were having fun bowling, socializing, and having adult beverages! As soon as we walked in, I walked by the bar and my favorite employee GG said hi and came out and gave me a hug! She was happy to see me and remembered me from before! I was glad to see her and her smile and get a warm hug! I can’t tell you how nice it is for staff to remember you and appreciate your business! Our server was friendly and was popping in and out handling the many family members and friends who were arriving. I also noticed several parties had reserved lanes and the staff took time to set up each area and make it welcoming for the customers! We were there several hours and GG made sure to come by and say bye after her shift ended! Earlier, I had the opportunity to meet one of GG’s leaders and was able to relay my gratitude for not only GG, but the staff and experience. I explained that we came back and gave them more business because of how well we were taken care of and hiring staff who, like GG, genuinely care and remember you! That means something! Especially now when any “heartbeat” can get a job but it truly takes a special kind of person who has the kind and genuine people skills, loves what they do, and take pride in their work! Please, Lucky Strike, make sure to take good care of GG and those who work so hard, or another company will! You truly have special staff! It makes all of the difference and of course, we will be back! :) Went here for a large friends and family get together on a Saturday afternoon. Atmosphere: Large space with several bowling lanes, good music, full bar, and a large arcade. Staff: Friendly and funny. Compliments to “GG” at the bar for taking great care of this large group, bringing comedy, smiles, dance moves, and hugs to several of us! She made us feel like her family and I could see how her work family got along and had a great team chemistry! Food: Had the chicken tenders and garlic fries. Decently good, good drinks (by GG), and everyone else seemed to like their food and drinks. Arcade: The games we played all worked. Overall, comparing to Main Event and Dave & Busters, forget those two and head here! Major differences in food, environment, and staff, including grace under pressure. The difference is the staff here didn’t sweat the large crowd and everyone got good service. The arcade at Main Event had at least 50% of their games not working right or at all!
Would for sure be a 0 or negative stars if I could. This place is a joke. One thing after another and the only person that kind of even cared at all was a server. To top it off the wanted to argue that BBQ boneless wings don’t come with celery and ranch, only the “ Buffalo “ flavor comes with ranch and celery. Please find somewhere else to spend $300 bucks, these people don’t care and was a complete waste.
We're regulars here. It's conveniently close to home, so we can even bike over! My kids and I love the arcade and laser tag, and the staff are always welcoming and helpful. The facility is consistently well-maintained with clean bathrooms, and the food is good quality. We genuinely enjoy every visit. They also run special promotions throughout the week and at different times of the year, which is a nice bonus. Highly recommend!
I use to enjoy bowling but had not been for at least 8 years. After a major heath issue I honestly didn’t think I could physically bowl and if I tried I assumed I would be in a great deal of pain after. I had to plan a small after work event and my team voted for bowling. Bowlero had reservations available so I booked a lane for our team event. I did bowl and found it very enjoyable. I was physically able and didn’t even hurt too bad after. I went back the next week and got a new ball from their pro shop (amazing pro shop) and we gave it a try right after. The food is about what you would expect from a bowling alley but they have some tasty cocktails. The only reason I’m not giving it them 5 stars is the cost. To make the online reservation there was a m high service fee. When my wife and I tried my new ball we bowled one game and it was a bit over twenty dollars.
First time at this location and I was immediately impressed with the size and cleanliness of the facility. Their arcade was large, and they had over 40 bowling lanes. We bowled for 2 hours on Saturday afternoon we were able to get a lane immediately with no reservations. Our server was pretty attentive checking in every one in a while to see if we wanted to order more food or drinks despite being able to order through their QR code. We ordered a pepperoni pizza and garlic Parmesan fries. Both items were great quality and surprisingly delicious. My only downfall is the pricing of their arcade games. Each game was at least 3 points which is about $1.50 a game. Their games were cool, and better quality than other similar businesses.
