I had a full body massage and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The environment was calm and relaxing, and the lady who attended to me was absolutely amazing, extremely good, very professional, gentle, and made me feel completely comfortable. First time getting a massage that put me to sleep 😴 I left feeling refreshed and relaxed. I would definitely recommend and will be coming back again and again
If I could give a lower rating - I would. The spa is located in Park Regis. You’d think it would live up to the standards of this hotel, but it does not. First impressions - DIRTY. There was hair everywhere, dirt on the floor and it was sticky. The robes that were given were either damaged or damp. No welcome drinks on arrival. The chairs were broken. The manager had said that there was a spa included in the package. This is incorrect as there was only a sauna in the changing rooms. I did not have a chance to have my treatment as I was so uncomfortable by the state and condition of the spa. If you are here to relax, this is not the place. When we confronted the manager about this, she shouted and argued in your face. Not worth your time. The staff that worked in there were lovely and this was no fault of theirs. Not much we can say for the Manager/Owner. I have read the other reviews and they will be quite similar to this.
I am incredibly happy with my experience at Luenire. From the very first visit, I felt welcomed, cared for, and truly listened to. The precision, professionalism, and genuine attention to detail are outstanding. I deeply appreciate the flexibility, the thoughtful advice, and especially the care shown after every procedure — I was always checked to make sure my skin and face were feeling and healing well. I will absolutely continue my monthly visits and trust my facial care to Luenire. My face is truly in the best hands.
From the moment we arrived, everything about our spa experience felt thoughtful and restorative. With complimentary Robe* & Slippers we began with some time in the sauna, letting the warmth ease away any tension before our treatments. The subtle scent of eucalyptus throughout the spa helped us relax instantly, and it carried beautifully into the treatment rooms, both at the start and at the end of our visit — such a calming detail. I enjoyed a deep tissue massage followed by a full body scrub, which left my skin glowing and my whole body feeling wonderfully refreshed. My mother was absolutely delighted with her treatment, and she said without hesitation that she’s found the best masseuse in Belinda. I couldn’t agree more about the team’s skill — Eva was equally attentive and talented, making the experience flawless from beginning to end. The facilities were spotless and serene, and the atmosphere was designed with such care that you felt cocooned in calm the entire time. This was a spa-for-two gift from my brother, and it turned into the perfect mother-and-daughter day. We ended the experience with a chilled glass of Prosecco, a touch of indulgence that completed what was already a lovely treat. *Note: New Robes needed
Booked couples spa day. It was amazing. Highly recommend! The ambience is so calm loved it x I forgot to ask the names of the masseuses but they did a very good job👏👏
