A friend and I went for the first time to try a float and the salt cave. We have never done either before. The staff was welcoming and friendly. However, we felt unsure the whole time. We entered the salt cave but weren’t told when we were supposed to leave so we kept checking our phones and couldn’t really relax. Then when we started our floats, we were told music would start and stop so we would know when to come out. My friend said her music started but mine never did so I had no clue how long I had been in there and couldn’t really relax. We just wish more had been explained to us and there was a better way to know when your session is finished. For people with anxiety and worrying about following rules, we really struggled.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an excellent experience at Luna Float Spa. From the moment I arrived, the service was outstanding. The facilities are beautiful, modern, and extremely clean, which makes you feel relaxed right away. I would especially like to highlight the front desk staff, who was very kind and helpful. I made a mistake with my reservation, and he fixed it immediately without any issues. I also mentioned that I was visiting on vacation from Texas and really wanted to do a Float session, but everything was fully booked. He kindly told me he would try to help, and he was able to open up a spot for me. Honestly, the entire service exceeded my expectations. I felt very well taken care of and truly valued as a customer. I highly recommend Luna Float Spa and would definitely come back. 🌙✨

I was at Luna today with a girlfriend to enjoy the salt cave. Despite (mistakenly) making my reservation for tomorrow, we were easily accommodated and I'm forever grateful for that. The salt cave was absolutely incredible and was a terrific way to start the new year. Highly recommend!

What an amazing experience. I have never done something like this before! This was a birthday treat for my wife and both of us enjoyed our time in the cave. It was so relaxing and I truly felt "revitalized" after we were done. The music is calming and the atmosphere is surreal. The time flew by since it was so relaxing. Great for groups or just by yourself.

Had a great experience. I booked a sauna and 90 minute float experience and it was great. I felt so relaxed and reset and the staff were very friendly. Be warned though- between the tour, moving between bookings, showering etc, you will add a good hour onto the time you are there, so make sure to give yourself some wiggle room with timing. I’ll definitely be back, and I love that the sauna room is private!
