There are not enough words to express how amazing my experiences have been at this salon. I came in the first time to have a botched haircut fixed by Kourtney and she did an amazing job correcting all of the issues and I was so grateful. Short hair was not for me (my fault for going some place I shouldn’t have ) so I decided to have a consultation with Hope for extensions, and ultimately scheduled and had extensions put in. The staff is the friendliest staff of any business I have ever been in. The extensions, color match…..perfections!!! Hope was fantastic and I will NEVER go anywhere else!! Thank you for an amazing experience!!
I've been searching for the salon for over three months, to do a blonde highlights for my black hair and Jesica is the one! I absolutely loved how my hair turned out. If I ever return to Kentucky, I will definitely go back to Jessica for another hair color. She did an amazing job with my hair. Additionally, the person in the front desk was incredibly friendly. Overall, my experience at the salon was fantastic. The atmosphere was welcoming, and I felt well taken care of throughout my visit. I highly recommend Jessica to anyone looking for a skilled hair stylist.
I will start off by saying the staff is very friendly. I really enjoyed getting to know my stylist. Now the negative. I showed her my inspiration photo (the third picture). She did let me know that my hair would not lift that blonde on the first visit. This was completely fine with me after my hair was finished. I went to pay and was charged $275 for color and a haircut which I think is outrageous.. In the salon, my color looked fine. However, When I got outside, I noticed the coppery pieces in my hair. When I got home, I noticed that it looked very orange. When I took off my sweater, I also noticed that she had bleached the back of it. I’m very disappointed in my experience and I will not be going back. I’m even hesitant to call and let them try to fix my hair as I don’t want it to get any worse.
I had several unfortunate experiences at other salons and required some big help getting my hair back into shape again, as it was so damaged and broken. Justin treated my hair and then cut and styled it, making it so much better! A massive huge help and I’m grateful for him!
I drive 2 hours to get my hair done, and it's worth the drive. My regular stylist, Jessica, is amazing. Staff are friendly and helpful. I love the vibe, it's upbeat and welcoming. Great salon. ❣️❣️HIGHLY RECOMMEND ❣️❣️
