I did a full brazilian sugar wax. This was my first time ever waxing period and i was very nervous going in. Everybody was so so kind and calming during my whole experience. The pain was kept at a minimal through conversation and a deep breath warning when the more painful parts were about to happen. Very professional and lovely ladies running this place. I HIGHLY recommend and will be coming back!
The experience is always great. Tia (the owner) treats every customer like royalty. I am used to getting waxing services done in Brasil where customer service is top tier and this spa exceeded expectations simply from how they greet you and treat you the minute you walk through the door. What keeps me coming back are the thorough services. Zhone is my girl. Impeccable work! If Zhone is not available any one of the other specialists have been trained at a high caliber. Love this place!
I had a Brazilian sugaring wax with Zhone, and the experience was incredible! From the moment I stepped in the door, I was greeted warmly by all the staff and she was immediately ready for me. My sugaring was super quick and painless too. I was literally in and out the door (including standing in line to pay afterwards and all) in 20 minutes flat! Overall, this is an excellent location and I will definitely be back whenever I am in Orlando.
I got a Brazilian sugar wax with Tia. She does an amazing job with the sugaring and the education if this is your first time being sugared like it was for me. Second appointment was so smooth, I felt no pain at all. Definitely recommend. Everyone working there is so nice and sweet as well. If you’re looking for a place to get waxed or sugared in Orlando Luxe is it.
Tia was amazing! She took her time explaining everything and made me feel super comfortable throughout the whole sugaring process. She even shared great aftercare tips. The staff is always so friendly, whether it’s the front desk or when I call, it’s always a great experience. I always leave feeling pampered and well taken care of!
