I had the Pleasure of working with Mazen and Celine on Wednesday Got My Furniture Friday . The most nicest , calming , welcoming people to do business with . We only went in to look around and left with a delivery for our home in the next 2 days. Nothing was forced nobody was pressured it was a GREAT experience. We had such a wonderful experience at this furniture store luxury home furniture and it was all thanks to Celine. She truly went above and beyond for me, my mom, and my sister. From the moment we walked in she was kind patient and incredibly helpful. She took the time to answer all our questions listened to what we needed and never made us feel rushed. Her professionalism and genuine care really stood out she made our experience feel easy and enjoyable. If you’re coming to this store I highly recommend asking for Celine she’s amazing and deserves all the recognition!
I cannot say enough good things about Luxury Home Furniture! My husband and I first stopped in about a year ago after visiting what felt like eight different furniture stores in one day. There was only one couch I truly loved — but at the time, it just wasn’t the right moment for a big purchase. Fast forward to this year when we were finally ready, and unfortunately the couch I fell in love with had been discontinued. I was so disappointed… but then the dream team stepped in. Ali at the Ford Road location and Selena at the Warren Road location went above and beyond for us. They didn’t just give up or try to sell us something else — they actually tracked down the very last remaining version of the couch I originally fell in love with. Between the two of them, they worked together, communicated across stores, and made it happen. Because of their effort, I finally get to take home the exact couch I’ve been wanting for over a year. Their customer service, patience, and determination were truly next level. If you want beautiful furniture and a team who genuinely cares enough to go the extra mile, you won’t find better than Luxury Home Furniture. Highly recommend!
I feel that Luxury Home Furniture is the best Furniture store since Art Van hands down. Ive officially decorated two homes with there Furniture and it never disappoints. This time i was helped by the lovely Ms.Celine. She made my decision easy and delightful and i will definitely be back soon for more pieces. Ive had the pleasure to get amazing service at both the Dearborn and Redford locations. There great!
