I usually have a great experience when coming here, sadly when I went today, the nail tech argued with me on what i wanted every step of the way. When I showed her the type of tip I wanted to do, she said it wasn’t possible with the shape she messed up. That’s not accurate as I have had that exact tip with my usual pointy almond nails done at this nail salon numerous times. After her insistence that she can’t do what I want, I told her never mind and to leave them nude, she ignored me and painted on awful chunky black tips (I had her remove them) but I left there absolutely hating my nails and not even sure if I’d want to ever go back. Update: I went back in today after talking with the owner (she is super nice and fixed them for me!) I usually love my nails after getting them done here, and I loved them after she fixed them for me!!
Rhonda is AMAZING!!! I rarely get the time to get my nails done but today my fiancé watched our son so I could get ‘’me time” and I walked in and they immediately had me sit down then shortly after Rhonda introduced herself and I showed her a photo of some snowflakes and she said no problem and she exceeded all expectations! She showed me SO many stickers to choose from and she made the cutest arrangement on my nails. I could not be happier. Thank you!
This place is such a gem—welcoming, relaxing, and full of the nicest people. Grace is absolutely amazing! I normally go with simple styles, but this holiday season we tried some fun designs and I couldn’t be happier. I always leave feeling refreshed and confident.
This is my favorite place to get my nails done. They consistently do a fantastic job, and offer reasonably priced options. My friend and I decided to get nail art with our manicures this time, and Rhonda and Hannah did a beautiful job on our nails.
Tina was an amazing nail tech! I popped in since I’m visiting from out of town for an acrylic fill. She made sure the shape was exactly what I wanted and recommended the perfect nude color.
