Our dog loves it here! He's treated very well and enjoys playing with the other dogs when they go outside. The accommodations are just right for dogs of various sizes too. The staff is friendly and loves the furry family members that they take care of! I highly recommend LV Dog Resort II

This place needs to work on their communication. Long post ahead: We called almost a month ahead to ask if they boarded dogs with dog reactivity. They reassured us that is it was fine. So we were thrilled and immediately booked the biggest room. We confirmed after on the phone because we wanted our specific dog and his two brothers to be safe. When we got there, we were told the room was not available. Then they separated our reactive dog from his two brothers. They were put in two small rooms facing each other. This is fine but then we were told it's because there is no one at night to supervise the dogs. This made me feel really uneasy but I was like let's give it a go and told them to CALL ME if my reactive dog is too much. I will IMMEDIATELY bring him home. I live 5 mins away. I still felt uneasy so I decided to just pick them up. We called ahead of time and we asked if the dogs were fine. They said they were great. When I arrived, the front desk individual was kind and only charged us for daycare. But after I paid was when we were told what really happened. Our reactive dog was aggressive towards a staff member. Due to this, he was not taken out at all and peed/pooed all over his kennel. The staff member told me it was "unfair" to board a dog like this because it's her job to take the dogs out. She repeated this twice. I agree. It is unfair to do this and I want everyone safe, but no one called me! I would have easily paid and picked his butt up! So after everything that occured within 10 hours of this situation, I strongly encourage this company to just say no to dogs with behavioral issues. If someone is literally telling you "My dog has issues," it's okay to say no because safety comes first. Or take classes. Do something before an accident happens.

LV Dog Resort II is hands-down the best place for my boy, Coco. The staff treats him like royalty, and Grace is an absolute gem—so kind, patient, and genuinely caring. I loved getting daily pics and updates; Coco looked like he was living his best doggie life. It’s hard leaving your pup behind, but knowing he’s in such good hands makes all the difference. We’ll definitely be back!

They’re great with my dog! He goes 5 days a week for daycare and he runs inside every morning smiling and can’t wait to play. They all know him by name and they act like they really care for him. I have nothing but good things to say about this place. All the employees are really friendly and my dog loves them! If you need someone to keep your pup and not have to stress all day if he is ok, then look no further! My dogs smile in this photo says everything you need to know!

I had to go out of town and couldn't take my dogs. It was really clean. The staff was awesome and very helpful. We got my dogs a suite. Then when we picked up our dogs, they gave us pictures of my dogs. Plus there's video of them playing and enjoying their time while there. I highly recommend this place. Your furry friends will love it.
