I recommend this tire shop to anyone looking for friendly customer service, quick service, and affordable prices. Gus was the one who saw me in need and offered his help to fix my tire. NOT A MISTAKE! It seems that rebutting this review means more than actually following up and doing the job I paid for WITH A CREDIT CARD. This shop was highly reviewed, right here on maps. So I called and got an estimate and even though their prices were slightly higher, I went in and purchased two tires, rotated and balanced, and replaced/repair the TPMS sensors. I believe in allowing a mechanic to do their work unimpeded, and choosing to do business with places that have a good reputation is crucial to avoid being ripped off. This shop did not follow through on ANY of the promises I was made when I paid. My tires were not rotated and balanced, the TPMS sensors were not working and I am lucky I even got two tires. I am entering into a trade in situation for my vehicle and I find out that the two retread tires I received are the only problem in my trade value. I feel completely robbed and let down by the review community here on maps. Places like this need to be highlighted as AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
