I have known Maureen for quite some time - always in the luxury home space. She sold my home in MacDonald Highlands 2 years ago and went above and beyond for me (I truly mean this statement). Subsequently I bought 2 more homes from her and her sales associate, Jaime (who is also great to work with). Maureen has the experience, intelligence, and wherewithal to handle all real estate deals from complex custom homes to track homes. Her eye to detail is second to none as her background is in custom homes so she can rattle off many observations other agents/brokers will not. She is very familiar with different areas of Vegas - Summerlin, Green Valley, SW, Southern Highlands - you name it - and she's not afraid to tell you her professional opinion. When I was looking for homes as a buyer Maureen and Jaime would be very patient and let me know what they thought about certain homes and the pros and cons. That really helps as they opened my eyes to some negative issues when I want to go and resell the home. I really value Maureen's opinion and Jaime's patience with me. I cannot recommend them enough for those looking for a home.
