I bought my home 20 months ago. The inspector told me the roof was fine and I took him for his word. This month I saw discoloration on the ceiling of my patio. I was very concerned and called 2 companies for an inspection and estimate for a repair. Both companies informed me that the underlayment was gone and needed to be replaced. I choose to use Lynch for my roofing needs. They have been so professional in all they have done to repair my roof. They were careful to keep the yard clean of debris. Lastly THEIR PRICE BEAT THE OTHERS which was wonderful. They offered a warranty that transfers if I sell my home. Best warranty I have seen. DON'T hesitate to use them! PS...If you are buying a home, have Lynch do the inspection on the roof. Don't just rely on an inspector hired by your realtor. It will save you from the regrets I experienced.
If I could give them more stars, I would !!!! We like to get 3 quotes for any major work we need done. They were the best price plus they were recommended to us by 4 people. When Jose the project manager gave us our estimate, he took photos of what caused our leak to explain to us what happened. We asked for quotes to fix leak and to roof the entire house. The quotes for both were so reasonable we were able to do both! The crew was polite, efficient and hard workers. Jose came by each day to monitor project and check in with us. They also put a coating on our patio overhang. That was unexpected but we were happy. When the project was completed , the crew thoroughly cleaned up. Jose took pictures of the completed project and showed them to us. We are very satisfied and highly recommend Lynch Roofing!!
Lynch Roofing did an excellent job. They finished the job on August 8. However, I was waiting for the monsoon to check the quality of their work. Despite the severe wind and heavy rain, there were no leaks. Sam Miller was the roofing specialist. He followed through once he provided me a quote. He worked extremely hard for my business. He called several times before I made a decision. Bobby Vega was the program manager, and he did a fantastic job managing the team's timetable to repair and coat my roof. He kept me updated about the project's progress and emailed me images of the completed roof. Sam and Bobby did an outstanding job representing Lynch Roofing.
Lynch roofing is top notch. I got several estimates & Lynch Roofing was the best estimate including every step of what they were going to do. Eddie & Jose are a total pleasure to work with. Never did they leave me without answers. Always called back promptly. They are polite, knowledgeable, respectful, professional & a pleasure to work with. The crew worked extremely hard, especially in this heat. They were here on time and worked from 6 till 6 the first three days they were here. The roof looks terrific. I am very pleased & then some. Only one small issue. One of your work trucks leaked oil on my new driveway. Perhaps you can get that leak fixed so it doesn’t happen to someone else. Thank you once again for all your professionalism.

He provided detailed information during the estimate and made us feel confident in moving forward, and our project manager, Jose, was incredible to work with—honest, forthcoming, professional, and dedicated to making sure everything was done right. Our new roof looks amazing! A few minor issues came up during the process, but they were addressed promptly and professionally with no hassle. We truly appreciate the great service and couldn’t be happier with our choice. I highly recommend Lynch Roofing!!
