I recently visited Texas from Germany to see my boyfriend, and during my stay we rented a stand-up paddleboard at Lynn Creek Marina. Our experience at first was quite disappointing. However, what truly changed my opinion — and why I’m now giving five stars — was the manager’s response afterward. He personally reached out to apologize for what happened, took full responsibility, and assured us that he would address the situation with his staff so it wouldn’t happen again. His professionalism, kindness, and willingness to make things right really impressed me. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but the way he handled the situation showed genuine care for customers and their experience. Because of that, I feel confident recommending Lynn Creek Marina and would gladly return in the future. Thank you again for the sincere follow-up and for making things right.

We’ve had such a great experience at this marina! The facilities are always clean, well-kept, and super convenient, which makes every trip out on the water that much better. The staff is friendly and helpful, and I have to give a special shoutout to Ashley in the marina shop—she’s always so welcoming and goes above and beyond to make sure we have what we need. Definitely recommend this marina if you’re looking for a place that makes boating easy and enjoyable!

My friends and I rented a boat for his birthday. We drove 3 hours here and arrived on time. Once we arrived, they told us we either need to be born before 1993 or have a boaters license. No where did it say that we had to qualify under these stipulations on the website. If we had known, we would have gone elsewhere or proceeded with getting our boaters license. When we inquired about this issue, the staff was dismissive. The only thing they did was move our date to go on a boat another weekend. Driving here was an extremely disappointing experience since time and money was wasted.

Jonathan helped me to set up my boat since is my first boat I had no idea luckily he was there also Ashley helped me to get the right slip fpr it also so thankfully to them again definitely so excited to be back every time

Outstanding customer service all around! From Jakob Li setting up the rental process, to Gael giving clear instructions on operating the craft, we could not be more impressed. The boat was clean and in excellent condition making the outing stress free and totally relaxing. We could not recommend them more highly.
