Absolutely obsessed with my nails! These acrylics came out perfect—the shape is clean, the color is gorgeous, and the little rhinestone details are placed so neatly and thoughtfully. You can tell they really take their time and care about quality. The service was amazing from start to finish super friendly, attentive, and made sure I loved everything before I left. On top of that, the place itself is so cute and welcoming, which just makes the whole experience even better. I left feeling pampered and confident. Definitely coming back and 100% recommending to everyone!
I went to Tiffany today and my nails are SO GOOD. She delivered exactly my inspiration picture and the staff there are always so welcoming and nice! Definitely recommend.
I don’t even know where to start from!? Let’s say I had the worst service ever!!! My husband surprised me with a gift card to treat myself. I have done my nails on 10/25/25 Erick was the one doing my nails. Took a hour to finish he made them look cheap and it looked like I need fillings that’s how bad the work was!! I mention to him that I can see air bubbles and the nail polish was not even! He ignored me they made me pay in advance before finishing, and before me complaining. They I was the only one left in the salon with my daughter sitting next to me thy close at 6pm on sundays decided to mop the floor while I was still get these stupid ugly nails done. My daughter could have fallen by them moping the floor. They were rushing to get out and go home! Very unprofessional, I would highly recommend not to visit this place. Spend your money somewhere else with better service and quality. on top of that, the owner‘s wife started arguing with me on the phone I would give them a zero if I could!! I spend $75 for nothing they look cheap and nasty and are heavy and itchy!!
I'm adding pictures. But in a nutshell, the pedicure was $50 plus I left a $10 tip so $60 totally. It was rushed, it was painful, and she was sloppy. It was a very small older lady. It's been less than 24 hours since I got the pedi and looking at it I can see my cuticles weren't removed or even pushed back. She put on cuticle remover and touched the bottle tip to my skin and then immediately put my feet in the water which would have just washed it off, giving it no time to work. The polish is uneven, lumpy, and irregular. She cut me with the e-file (pictured) even though I came in with regular polish and didn't need an e-file removal. I did tell her. And she hit all the skin on my left foot so when the alcohol to clean went on, it burned like hell. I think an infection is starting up on my big toe where she nipped skin. Callus scrub was about 5 second on each heel, no where else. Massage was literally slipping her hands over my ankles and only my ankles for 4 minutes, no actual massage. I would have loved any massage on my feet. I could have said something but that lady needs a full re-training, nothing I say will correct her.
Today was my second time trying this place & unfortunately it sucked just as bad as the first experience. $70 for a full set that looks like it should be a $35 set. I asked for soft almond shape - I left with very pointy true almond nails and had to go home and reshape them myself. One of them is crooked from the way the tip was placed. And to top it off the the acrylic is not even to my cuticles. Keep in mind this was a brand new set - not a fill. Just really tacky looking. The paint job leaves A LOT to be desired. I deeply regret going here before my vacation. I am actually embarrassed to have these nails. The quality is unacceptable at best. The first time I went here they nicked all 10 of my toe cuticles - rushing of course. Every client chair in this salon was worn down displaying tears. The wheels on the chair I sat in didn’t work. The tech barely spoke to me during the 3 hours.. 3 hours of awkward silence. The whole experience sucked - and if it’s going to suck it should be at least 1/3 of the price charged. The owners of this place should be embarrassed honestly there’s way too much competition in the treasure valley to be providing such a low level of service. Very disappointing. 🤷🏽♀️
