Very Frustrating, after leaving universal I called to book a table, atendee told me if we arrive until 9:50 we could have a table and dine, drop the family at 9:48 and I arrived with son 9:51 after parking and surprisingly my family was rejected. From a great experience I wished to give them the worst possible, neither the host other the concierge were empathetic, given us a rude service. Terrible!

Go hungry they will give you enough to eat. Their portions are XXL. It is definitely worth the stop.

In the past I used this restaurant to host dinners for international and local speakers attending scientific meetings. From its former magnificence it has come back to a much more mundane settings; food is good but not spectacular, desserts are now just that, crowded and noisy. I was lucky to have Jon Pecoraro as my table server, he took care of every detail, gentle and patient. Wish every employee in the service environment were like him. Special thanks for celebrating my 50th wedding anniversary!!

We have loved eating a Maggiano’s for years. But, they have got to bring back the Italian bread. That sweet roll does not go with their food.

They ruined a special occasion for us telling our kids they are having a baby brother. They did not do what we talked with over the phone to make this perfect. So disappointed and unhappy with how they disappointed us and were not courteous or apologetic at all. We had planned in advance for them to bring out dessert saying “it’s a boy” with the kids icecream meals. Day of we are told they can only do blue candles; so we couldn’t plan ahead or anything to provide the icing. Very upset!
