I was in a car accident in September and Magic Touch was the first and last body shop I called. They are excellent — Alex explained the insurance process and answered all of my questions. He was also just fun and easy to talk to in general. They handled everything down to the rental car and looked out for other potential issues I was concerned about in case I needed to fix other parts, so I didn't have to worry about a thing. They also made sure to call me to let me know exactly what they were going to do/which parts were needed, and they did a really good job on the body work. Their guys really care about quality too. The man who painted my panel (I can't remember his name) even called me because he was concerned that it might look a little funny with the gloss since the rest of my Jeep needs a paint job. I was very appreciative of that kind of consideration. When I went to pick my Jeep up, the same guy showed me everything they did and made sure I was happy with the work and also assured me that there were no other issues concerning the other parts I was worried about. Another thing I was really appreciative about is that aside from the body work, my Jeep was left in the same condition it came in, meaning nothing was damaged in the process (I've had issues with other mechanics breaking and/or misplacing things while fixing other things.) Overall, this place is great — they've got great people and do good work. When it's finally time for a full paint job, I'll be calling them again for sure.
Great shop, they take care of you for fair prices. Would recommend. Service is great and they do good work. I went to get my rear bumper cut and they did an amazing job. 10/10
The shop was very professional from the moment I got there. The owner reef sat down with me and explained the entire process of how my car would be fixed. I agreed to the service in order to get my rear bumper fixed. Reef and his entire team instructed me multiple times that the insurance company would cover the cost of a loaner car while they fixed my car at the shop. Turns out the piece they ordered was broken and delayed the fix for an extra three weeks. On top of that when I went to get compensated for the loaner car, there was a large discrepancy between the amount the insurance wanted to pay and the actual bill itself. At this point in time I received no further help from Reef or the entire staff at the shop. Rather than reaching out and apologizing for what they have done, they chose to stay silent, leaving me to pay out of my own pocket. Will they fix your car yes, but they are not men of their word and will go silent rather than doing what is right.
Really happy with the service here. The staff was professional and easy to talk to, and they handled everything quickly. My car came back looking perfect—you’d never know it was damaged. They made the whole process simple and stress-free. I’d definitely come back if I ever need more work done.
Amazing quick and good quality service. I came here based on reviews hoping for a good job and efficient service. And i got that and more. The car came out looking like new, and they even gave it to me sparkling clean, it even looked detailed... They were extremely fast and very communicative. I would come back again in the event of another accident that i hope not to have. I have added before and after pics. I highly recommend Magic touch
