Very cute little shop, I have passed by here many times when heading to work and they have nice little displays by the windows. Very eye catching. Ive been inside only once and it was like walking into a candy shop. Fairly priced. Never know what you can find .
Some nice antiques… Have to ask for help to get into a lot of the cabinets… Understandable… But the girl at the desk acted like she was very annoyed that she had to help me… No one greeted me when I walked in even though she's standing right there… Another worker was rearranging and had nothing to say to me… Will not be going back.... Have the business is customer service… Don't they understand that… Decided not to buy what I had picked up just because of the poor treatment
This is a great place for leisurely browsing, and the prices are very reasonable.
Great selection of vintage and antique items at reasonable prices, with a fairly quick turnover that keeps browsing interesting. I agree with other reviewers that customer service isn’t the warmest—it’s not the friendliest place overall. That said, I once interacted with a man working there (I’ve usually only seen the woman at checkout), and he was kind enough to help carry my purchases to my car. If you catch him, you’re in luck. Otherwise, don’t expect much in the way of friendly banter. If that's your thing, you may be better served elsewhere.
Some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced. Blonde woman behind counter was extremely rude and seemed annoyed when we asked prices for certain things. Then proceeds to passively aggressively insinuate that we must’ve took off price tag and leaves counter to look for “missing” tag. Couldn’t even bother to reach out about prices from private seller when we left our information for an item we wanted to purchase. It’s not a customers fault that there aren’t prices on each item and maybe they shouldn’t assume we wouldn’t buy anything as POC, as soon as we walk in. But I guess it’s normal for white people in this type of business. Hope you change for your business sake as this isn’t the first bad review on how this woman acts.
