I own a catering company (Black Hat Catering) and as a fellow vendor working in tandem with Magnolia Ave Events over the weekend, I just wanted to share our experience. Lindsey was extremely organized and thorough in the work leading up to the day of the wedding. She left no stone unturned and went above and beyond what we normally see on the big day. She was present (you’d be shocked how many planners just disappear throughout the evening at wedding receptions), active in communication, and a true team player. She was a dream to work with and we look forward to working together again 🖤
Lindsey is the most amazing human I have ever met! When I started planning my wedding, I had no idea where to even start. We decided to hire Lindsey to help us plan and be our day of coordinator. I do not think that our wedding would have been as beautiful and they could not have gone smoother without her help. She helped to provide vendor recommendations and helped bring all of our dreams to life. I couldn't have imagined going through this process without her!
Lindsey made our big day seamless and we felt so well taken care of. She and her team offered so much support leading up to the day of coordination - super accessible and available to answer our questions. We did a backyard wedding and she even came over twice to help us create the perfect layout for everything. She provided great vendor recommendations, created a detailed floor plan, and really helped everyone feel ready and comfortable for the ceremony. When we ran out of ice she even went to the store to pick more up - above and beyond! What I loved the most was that Lindsey also took the time to get to know us and understand what we were looking for. Thank you Lindsey for everything, it allowed our whole family to be fully present and soak up the beautiful celebration.
Lindsey is an absolute dream of a human!! I’m a terrible planner so having her expertise, patience and experience was an absolute game changer for our big day. She was able to take our vision and magnify it into something beyond amazing. I cannot recommend enough!
I cannot recommend Lindsey enough to hire as your wedding planner. From the very beginning, she was so helpful and made our lives easier with wedding planning every step of the way. Day of the wedding, I was truly able to relax and enjoy every second of the day, as Lindsay had everything organized and flowing perfectly. She put me at so much ease the whole weekend and made my wedding visions come to life. Her and her assistant were so warm and helpful and our wedding truly wouldn't have been as beautiful as it was without them.
