This was my first time using Magnolia and I found their service excellent. Demarcus - the technician - explained things really well. His work was meticulous and he cleaned up, even sweeping, after fixing my heat. The repair took longer than he anticipated and he was patient and didn’t rush the job. I’d definitely use them again.
Magnolia Plumbing is super responsive, thorough, and provides excellent customer service. We needed their help with a plumbing backup and they arrived the same day we called and were quick to help us diagnose the problem. They are transparent upfront about their service pricing and provide very detailed after action reports to summarize their work. We would strongly recommend!
The magnolia technician was very professional. Thorough completed the repair of the clogged toilet. There were two concerns 1) company policy is that prior to confirming appointment it is a requirement to collect credit card information including CVC numbers, account number, and expiration date which was a bit alarming! 2) There was an issue with the $75 waiver of the service charge fee. It is still pending but I have been assured by the company. They will adjust on the billing balance and my credit card The waived charge and deduction of $75 makes the total price for the service reasonable.
