I was not as fortunate as Anthony Bourdain who had appotunity to have food cooked by one of the Rajasthan ex-king so I had to satisfy my taste buds with this food which was excellent compared to Veg Thali I had else where. They even packed 'variyali' - Fennel Seeds as mouth freshener! If you are visiting Houston, this is must to do.

We have been regular customers for a long time, and this has always been my daughter’s favorite place to eat. Unfortunately, over recent visits, we have noticed a consistent decline in both food quality and service. In addition, the behavior of a gentleman who often wears a suit has made our dining experience uncomfortable. He repeatedly appears to monitor guests and seems to pressure diners to finish quickly. On several occasions, it felt as though normal conversation at the table was being discouraged. When choosing a sit-down buffet and paying a premium price, we expect to enjoy our meal at a comfortable pace and in a relaxed environment. We value the experience as much as the food itself, and recently that experience has not met the standards we previously appreciated. We hope this feedback is taken constructively, as we would like to continue visiting and recommending your restaurant, provided these concerns are addressed.

Genuinely biggest scam of a restaurant very overpriced for the disgusting food they are giving. If you are south indian avoid since there is no spice or even decent flavor to the food. They are calling this PREMIUM restaurant but it's so beyond horrible. My spoons were not properly washed and service is horrible. No spice or flavoring in the food and workers don't give lots of food quantity. The food itself is mediocre since there is NO taste at all whatsoever. All the curries are sweeet and watery and gross. My entire family left without eating most of the terrible food. I would never reccomend this garbage to anyone. The Lady at front of restaurant said she would charge children price when we specifically asked and then claimed that it was only for children under 10 Years old When given the bill. So disappointed in every food item given and it kept getting worse and worse throughout the time we were there. Added pan without telling us there was a charge for it. The management is poor and tried to rush Us into leaving when we are still trying to eat the overpriced, disgusting curries and roties. Was around 200 for 6 people and we didn’t eat 95% if food on the plate. If i could rate this negative stars I would.

This place is good for pure veggie food when ur in mood for it , who love to try authentic thali style. They have good number of options but can improve in variety as we were here multiple times , may love few different options to try . Their serving of chaas for the combination is really good . They serve how much ever we want which makes me best worth for the money. Good one 👍 in houston area.

This was my first time here. I haven’t had vegetarian Indian food before so I’m comparing it to meaty Indian food. When you sit there is an empty tray with 8 empty containers. Servers come quickly to fill everything and as you eat they return to fill the things you want to eat. Is all you can eat. 1. There’s a fried battered vegetable that’s topped with a sweet white sauce that was good. There’s 2 types of roti: white flour and whole wheat. I preferred the former. There’s a green and red sauce but I didn’t use it much. There’s also salad. Also a bland rice sponge cake. 2. 8 containers: -Paneer in a butter “chicken” style sauce. My favorite because of the flavors. -potatoes in a yellow curry -3 types of lentils: sweet, salt, sour -sweet milk with rice. I really liked this and treated it as dessert. -2 other things I forgot what they were 3. A buttermilk drink. It was too funky for me. Overall a great option for vegetarians and vegans, but not for me. I found it too bland with mild flavors.
