I retained this company to clean my home from the date we moved in, and they provided recurring service for approximately 2½ years. After my husband was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer, the owner offered a discounted rate. Following the application of this discounted rate, I experienced a decline in service quality and consistency. Different cleaners were frequently assigned, and multiple cleanings were incomplete, including sinks left uncleaned and dusting not performed. Cleaners were often in and out of the home in a very short period of time. When I raised concerns regarding the inconsistency and quality of service, the owner stated that I had previously paid full price, but due to my husband’s cancer, I was now receiving a discounted rate. I was further informed that, as a result of this discounted rate, I would be assigned first-time and inexperienced cleaners. The final issue that led to termination of services was damage to my shower glass. During the most recent cleaning, the glass shower panels were scratched. This company is the only cleaning service that has ever cleaned my home or the shower glass since the date we moved in, and I do not personally clean the shower glass. Despite this, the company has denied responsibility and stated that its insurance does not cover the damage. Based on these facts and my experience, I do not recommend this company.
Nothing but praises for Maid Mi Día! They always do a great job, and always ask to make sure they covered everything. Stephanie has been great and is always willing to listen to my requests and concerns. Highly recommend this company!
The service I got was deep cleaning. First time around was not detailed but after hearing my feedback, the owner was very gracious and rescheduled the visit to ensure we were happy with the service. Then Shannon came and she was amazing!!! Such a lovely lady and VERY detailed. If there was anything that couldn’t be removed with chemicals, she’d let us know so we didn’t think she didn’t clean that area, etc. I would definitely get the service again and ask for Shannon!
THE best!! I have used them before for a few rooms so I could list my house. They were spectacular then but this time, when I needed my mom’s entire house cleaned for her to sell it… WOW!! Every single area was like new. I know that I can rely on them to do an amazing job and have the BEST customer service. Friendly, communicative, dependable, understanding and thorough. I highly recommend them.

When she arrived I felt ashamed and embarrassed because I know I have neglected my home, she right away made me feel comfortable and stated that “it happens” and that’s why I’m here to help. And that’s exactly what she did! She is super professional, and great at her job, even helped me with organizing appliances better. I feel like I can BREATHE again, and I can stop the cycle of just being in survival mode with solo-parenting, working full-time, and taking my kids to their sport activities. She gave great advice and I feel like I can continue with the progress. I will definitely be using her services again!
