I scheduled I “deep cleaning” before we put our house on the market. They were very nice but several things were not cleaned that they said they cleaned. I paid for windows to be cleaned, they didn’t do all the windows. They marked on the list that they cleaned the ceiling fans but one was still covered in dust. They said they did baseboards but it looked like they only did half. They didn’t even mop the main areas and I had to sweep again. Really disappointed with how much I paid and the service I got. The reason I hired them was so I could save time and I ended up having to do a lot of cleaning myself anyways after they left. They called to ask how they did, I was honest and told them I wasn’t happy with it. They said a manager would call me back, no one ever called back.
My roommate and I have 3 cats and two dogs. We consulted this service to focus on baseboards and trim as the pet hair and mud tracked in from our dogs needed cleaned. Several spots left untouched and dirty. We paid almost 300 dollars for this service so we were expecting a thorough clean. Maids left us a sweet note and the bathrooms looked good for the most part. Otherwise just dissatisfied with the job and price.
We've been using MaidPro for over a year, and we're extremely happy. It felt a little weird to hire someone to help us keep things clean, but we've never once regretted it. We really look forward to seeing Stacy every other week, and our house has never looked better!
