I've used MaidPro for several years. It really works for me because I know that someone is going to show up for my regularly scheduled cleanings or I can change the day at anytime. The cleaning is good and consistent and if I would like for the cleaner to focus on a certain area, I can put in that request. Love it!
The "maid" that came to my house did an excellent job. The time schedule was not right so we had to make time adjustments. We also had to adjust what was cleaned that day. I had to leave several things out to fit the time we had to work with.
I have not had a good experience with MaidPro. I was given a deep clean as a birthday present. Many areas were left untouched including the table right next to the front door covered in a thick film of dust. MaidPro didn't even vacuum behind the easily movable couch. Big waste of money.
I’m so glad I chose Maid Pro to be my cleaning service. First I want to thank Kevin for explaining and helping me get set up. Kaye was my service person and she was great! She has an eye for details, is very kind and respectful for what I wanted done. All I can say is my house looks great!!!
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!!! They were supposed to do a move-out clean for almost $300 for 750sqft apt!! Here's what i was left with!! These photos were taken by my apt manager during a move-out walkthrough... AFTER MaidPro had supposedly cleaned it!! I did NOT pay them obviously!! Their work was horrendous to say the least!! And I ended up losing $300 from my apt deposit to pay to have the apt cleaned AGAIN!! In response to MaidPro's comment... Clearly your company is only capable of actually cleaning an already clean apt!! You were hired to do a MOVE-OUT cleaning which entails extra services and costs more!! Your employee incompetence was astounding and had zero to do with the condition of my apt as you might imply!! Standard move-out cleaning includes all these things that were NOT done!! Tub not cleaned, fridge not cleaned, dishwasher not cleaned, floors not cleaned, window blinds not cleaned, cobwebs everywhere!! Your gaslighting will not fix this!! The pictures tell the story!!
