Main Event is usually a fun place with a great atmosphere, games, and food. Everything else during my visit was fine, but unfortunately my experience at the bar took away from it. The bartender who was on duty repeatedly looked directly at me yet continued to serve other guests who arrived after me. I waited longer than necessary and felt overlooked. I understand things can get busy, but being acknowledged and treated fairly goes a long way. I hope this is addressed because overall Main Event has a lot to offer, and I’d like to have a better experience next time.
We had a great time as a family. It was my daughter's Golden Bday (15th). Laser tag was so fun as a group. Flights drinks really had liquor in them. All I can say is please educate your staff on people with seizures. One of the employees past out and they had no clue on what to do. We kept telling them to call 911 while we stayed at her side making sure she didn't hurt herself. Security end up carrying her to a quiet place which wasn't good.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had my son’s 6th birthday party at Main Event, and it was absolutely amazing from start to finish! Our party host was fantastic—so friendly, organized, and made sure all the kids had a great time. The manager checked in several times to make sure everything ran smoothly, which I really appreciated. A special shout-out to Jacqueline, who went above and beyond with her kindness and attention to detail—she truly helped make the day special! Also, the staff member passing out bowling shoes was wonderful and so patient with all the kids he even let me you his phone charger but it didn’t fit so another shout out to T.K. she came to the rescue and let me borrow her phone charger! Everything from the laser tag to the bowling was a hit! The entire team made the experience stress-free and full of fun. Highly recommend Main Event for any kid’s birthday celebration! 🎉🎳
Unbelievable experience for me and my wife. We went Sunday evening 10/26/25, it was not busy at all. Free parking, plenty of security and an off duty Police Officer on site. Paid 23$ a head for unlimited games after 5pm; bowling, billiards, laser tag, and sky course, fantastic deal. We did everything, the pool tables were new with blue felt. We sat at the bar and enjoyed some alcohol and food. Alcohol is pricey but there are plenty of cheap food options. Features tables all over the establishment, a large “U” shaped bar, and a separate enclosed pizza restaurant. Bowling was neon themed gorgeous lanes. The sky course closed early, but the female manager was incredibly receptive to my complaint and had it immediately re opened for me. Me and my wife had the laser tag course to ourselves, super responsive equipment everything was brand new. She admitted 20 times she hasn’t had that much fun in years. Arcade credits are separate from the game pass we bought, and they have a Chuck-E-Cheez like setup with rewards in a small shop for playing arcade games. but the unlimited game pass is only 12.99$ on Monday so we will probably be here every Monday forever. 11/10 experience. Just wonderful, core memory. Will be trying to get all my friends to start coming here.
I recently had the pleasure of spending an afternoon at Main Event Memphis, and I can confidently say it was one of the best experiences I’ve had in the city! From the moment we walked in, the energy was vibrant and welcoming. The entertainment options are endless—bowling, laser tag, arcade games—you name it. Whether you’re with family, friends, or coworkers, there’s something for everyone. The facility was clean, well-maintained, and full of fun. Now let’s talk about the food—absolutely amazing!Everything was fresh, flavorful, and delivered quickly. It’s rare to find a place where you can have this much fun and enjoy a meal that rivals many full-service restaurants. What truly made our visit exceptional, though, was the customer service, especially from Chloe. She went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. She was friendly, attentive, and made us feel like VIPs the entire time. Chloe is a true asset to the Main Event team, and her positive attitude made a great night even better. If you’re looking for a place to relax, play, eat, and be treated like family, Main Event Memphis is it. We’ll definitely be back!
