Martin did not fix a leak in one of the gutters and rain is draining down the wall and there's now damp in the house. He said he was busy but he would come out. He hasn't and it's been over a week. Beyond frustrated. Hard pass.
Had a new flat roof installed with fresh insulation and boarding, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. The team was professional, on time, and kept everything tidy throughout the job. The new insulation has made a big difference already, and the roof looks fantastic — solid, clean, and well-finished. Great communication from start to finish. Phoned up on on the weekend because I noticed had a small leak from the roof and wet patch on my ceiling. From the moment Leona answered the phone I knew I had made the right call Nothing was to much trouble. Paul arrived soon after and by Sunday lunchtime my roof was fixed without any stress and price was spot on Professional from start to finish great job and Paul is a top guy Any issues with your roof this is the only call you need to make. 10/10
We had a bad leak in our porch that was ruining the ceiling and electrics. Paul came out and diagnosed the problem and he knew what it was straightaway. He then booked us in to replace the porch roof and insulate it whilst he had it stripped, and we couldn’t be happier with the quality of the work. Paul and his team went above and beyond, whilst he was doing the work he seen we had a slipped tile on the main roof and said he would re-fit it, completely as a courtesy. Also a big thanks to Leona who we liaised with at the office
Paul was recommended to me around 10 years ago. Whenever I've had issues whether it be replacing ridge tiles, replacing slates, fixing a leaking velux or cleaning gutters, the work has always been carried out quickly and professionally without any s. Paul will take pics before and after and the one time the leak wasn't fixed he returned and sorted without any hassle. Have recently used his services again had downpipes fitted along the roof front and back, 34 slates replaced, gutters cleaned, 2 sills replaced and the lead redressed all for a brilliant price. Have recommended him to many neighbours and will continue to use him.
