Best post office in Manchester, I use it weekly as i work over the road and all the staff are incredibly polite, happy and helpful! Thanks to everybody that works there.

We come here often to post our parcels, they always seem to have room, unlike some of the other shops we go to. Staff are very welcoming. Highly recommend

Why are people so rude? The 1st time I visited this shop I was served by an excellent, friendly Indian man and bought a souvenir mug. When I got home I spotted a black mark defect at the bottom of the mug and returned to ask if I could swap it. They had loads of them and this should've been quick and easy but this time I met a supremely arrogant, unpleasant bearded man, who barked at me: "You should've checked it before you bought it". He instructed a colleague to swap it but told me "you'd better check it this time because we won't swap it for you if you return again". Anyone would think I was asking for a big favour. Geez, some low-lifes need a lesson in good manners!

I bought a charger for my phone and for 4 hours it did not charge my phone for 21% I went back to them and this guy said they don't refund! And he had no complaints about the charger! What about this complian, it doesn't count? I just left them the charger and went out.... Never seen somthing like that before It's awful
