Märit is truly the best of the best! We’ve had newborn/family photos done a couple times now and we’re always in awe. Especially this time around with a newborn, toddler and dog I wasn’t sure how it would go, but Märit captured the most beautiful photos! She has a calm, sweet presence and I always feel comfortable in front of the camera with her. Her work speaks for itself! Cannot recommend her enough! Thank you thank you!
Look no further, Marit is the BEST. Her portfolio absolutely speaks for itself, but what is so special about working with Marit is the vibe and comfort she brings. She is incredibly calm and thoughtful, she will give as much or as little direction as you need/want, and as 2 people who were VERY nervous about being photographed, I really can't say enough about how at ease Marit put both of us all day long (for both our wedding and engagement shoot), and it shows in the photos! She is kind, nonjudgemental, and a hype woman, while never pushing you to do things/poses you're uncomfortable with. We are so SO grateful for not just the gorgeous, timeless photos she has given us to treasure forever, but also for the experience of having her by our side throughout our whole wedding day. We can't wait to work with her for all of our future photo needs!
So long overdue!!! Wow wow wow — I cannot recommend Marit enough❤️ We had the absolute pleasure of working with Marit for both our engagement shoot and our wedding day, she totally exceeded all our expectations! From start to finish, she was so professional and such a joy to work with and be around. Her presence is so calming and warm, which was very much appreciated - my husband and I are not naturally comfortable in front of the camera, but she made the experience feel effortless and fun. Nothing ever felt forced or posed/ unnatural - she captured every moment of the day with such intention and authenticity! Our photos are timeless, warm, and full of feeling - we will truly treasure them for a lifetime! So so obsessed with Marit and so grateful to her for capturing these special milestones so perfectly❤️
Marit was incredible! I cannot speak highly enough of her talent as a photographer, but also her confident, kind demeanor. I truly do not have enough words to describe how wonderful Marit is. She is an incredible photographer, person, and supporter. We hired Marit to photograph our wedding and it truly was the best decision we made. From the start, Marit was able to give us lots of information in a calm way that put us at ease from the start. She is organized, yet flexible. Directive, but never bossy. Kind and soft, but gets things done. Hiring Marit feels like hiring a friend to support you through your day while also getting the most incredible images. I thought our engagement photos were phenomenal... and then I saw our wedding photos and she somehow outdid herself even more! She truly makes magic behind the lens- a testament to how comfortable and natural she makes her clients feel. While weddings can be stressful (and often are) the photography part does not need to be. I can honestly say one of my favorite parts of the day and the part I was the most calm and present for, was portraits with Marit. I felt so connected to my husband and our friends during this time while Marit managed to make everything look absolutely amazing. Every photo looks like it belongs on the pages of a magazine.... when I opened the album I couldn't believe it was our wedding. She went above and beyond our dreams! The images Marit captures are truly timeless. We will treasure them for a lifetime. She has such a classic style, while also never being afraid to try new things and explore. The mix of digital and film she provided us with was incredible. This provided us with a wide array of images that captured the vibes of every moment perfectly. We have since hired Marit for personal shoots and will be using her for newborn photos this spring and every thing we ever need in the future. You cannot go wrong using Marit.
