Awful customer service agent’s working there. Was looking for a simple quote, gave them all my info thinking I was going to get a quote right away since they didn’t have any customers when I called, Then was told that I was going to get a call back sometime during the day, that was if no customers walked in, Mind they had no customers at the time I called why should I have to await until a customer walks in then be put second in line and then 1st priority. That’s ridiculous, I wouldn’t recommend this place there agents are rude, they lost a customer and will keep losing them at the rate they are managing this establishment.
Nancy is the young lady who attended to me, she is knowledgeable, courteous and very professional with her job. Gave me great customer service and a polite attitude
