Fantastic experience with this doggie salon ,(this is mollies 2nd visit) all the ladies were extremely polite and attentive to our puppies needs . They gave us a time to pick her up and they were right on time . The best groomers in Sydney! Very caring and very artful. Been their customer for 6 years and never gonna change them. The word at the dogs park is that in Japan it takes three years of training to become a dog groomer, as it is considered an art form (isn’t everything an art in Japan!). If it is true, then it is perfectly explains the top level of skills, the wide variety of styles available, and careful attention to the smallest details. Maru Maru is a calm and orderly place that dogs find understandable, provides enough freedom, but also quite compact and a dog can choose to be close to people. Has very homey feel, it’s not an institution. They have an option of a crate, but even my nervous toy poodle never needed it. There never was excessive barking or real overexcitement in dogs that is the main anxiety trigger for my dog. Obviously every dog is waiting for mum and dad to return, but overall the mood is a calm anticipation, and I never witnessed any real stress or reactivity. I am forever loyal to Maru Maru and can’t recommend them high enough!
Our two poodles first visit to Maru Maru and we were so happy with their service we booked in again in another 8 weeks time. They even give you a reminder call so you don’t forget
Maru Maru have been grooming my two boys for 9 years and they are wonderful with the dogs and do a tremendous job. We are so happy with how they are with the dogs and my boys love going there even if they are a little nervous they settle down as soon as they go through the doors to Maru Maru. Once again the boys went to Maru Maru today the 14/08/2025 and look absolutely beautiful after their grooming session. I love that I can drop them off at 9am and they're ready by 11.30am as I have work in the afternoon. Maru Maru are always happy to accommodate my request and look after my elderly boys. I recommend Maru Maru as they are wonderful at grooming my boys
Great service team! Amazing west highland terrier cut. When I saw the intake form I knew they take great care and are very responsive to the needs of our fur babies. They wanted to ensure a “doggy centered service” ❤️ my westies have their little personalities and I knew the job would not have been easy🤭 never the less they did a great job! Thank you Maru Maru team well be back
