Had a 90 minute massage by Paul and it was amazing! Very relaxing and professional. The manager James is phenomenal! He truly made it a great experience. I will definitely be going back!
Best spa experience ever!! My sister and I came with two girlfriends for her birthday. We got pampered with facials, a 90 min massage, and hand and feet scrubs. Will definitely be coming back when we visit AZ again. Thank you James, Katrina, Paul, and Bianca for the amazing, relaxing experience. Oh... I can't forget the strawberries and cream with mimosas 😋. Chefs kiss🤌🏽
Best facial I have ever had, Iramis has the most healing touch. I feel so relaxed and renewed! My massage was amazing as well, Ryan made sure I was comfortable the whole time and continued to check in with me. Mary Lynn made sure that I had the best experience and was very professional and warm. I highly recommended this spa, they really care about making people feel comfortable and their services were by far the best I have ever had
Amazing! My friend and I did the 3 hours spa package (90 min massage, 60 min facial, 30 min hand & foot scrub). We finished with strawberries and champagne. Everything was perfect! James, the manager was very welcoming & informative. Our masseuse, Paul, was AMAZING! Let me repeat that, he was AMAZING! I will be back for another massage, for sure! Nataly did our facial and hand scrub and she was great too! The spa is beautiful and super clean. Highly recommend!!
My husband purchased a $250 service for me. I booked for 230pm over the phone and everything went well. I arrived for my appointment at 2:32pm, and was greeted at the front desk by my massage therapist, Ryan. Unfortunately it was not a kind greeting. He asked me to sign in on a sheet of paper that looked like a child cut it out. He confirmed my name and appointment time, and proceeded to point out that I was late. When I found that this was the person who was about to be touching my naked body for over an hour, it made me feel VERY uncomfortable. The “massage therapist” I was booked with for my first visit does not recognize the difference between right and wrong. I couldn’t help but notice that this person’s physical, oral, and mental health was also compromised. After some thought, I couldn’t believe they were about to allow this person full access to my body in a secluded and dark room.. Another kind employee brought me to a dark room with a chair and offered me some lemon water, and a hot stone massage to try making up for it, but at that point I wasn’t looking forward to taking my clothes off in that building what so ever. I hate to say it but I did not feel that the employees had experience in this line of business. I was not feeling relaxed upon walking into this spa. Even after being offered another therapist, I wasn’t feeling relaxed here so I decided to cancel the service. I just hope that Groupon will be able to refund the hefty cost.
