As a new patient, my first impression was good. The front desk was friendly and efficient and the medical assistant was very personable and thorough. Dr Mary P. Smith was both a delightful and very knowledgeable doctor. She examined my issue, explained it thoroughly and gave me options that were best suited for my needs. Before the treatment I chose, she explained the procedure, what to expect and assured me it wouldn’t harm any other part of the area she treated. The procedure was quick and painless. I left feeling relieved and very satisfied with my entire experience. I will recommend her to all my friends and family with their dermatology needs.
Dr. Smith is absolutely amazing! From the moment we walked in, she made us feel comfortable and cared for. She’s not only knowledgeable and professional, but also truly listens and takes the time to explain everything in a way that’s easy to understand. Her warm personality and genuine compassion set her apart. We always leave our appointments feeling reassured and confident in the care we are receiving. I say we, because she’s mine and my teens dermatologist. We’ve all had great experiences and amazing results. I can’t recommend Dr. Smith enough. If you’re looking for a sign to book her, this is it!! She is the best 😊☺️
