Amazing place. Very caring personnel . The front person assistant was very helpful they fit me in as they walk on right away. This place was awesome they treated my dogs like actual living things. Two people cut my dog's nails one was caressing my dog's face and soothing her while the other person was cutting her nails. So heck yeah I left them with tip great place I would highly recommend I scheduled my appointment for the next time.

We had a scheduled grooming appointment for our dog, Jack, at 9:00 AM, and arrived ten minutes early. Upon arrival, four other dogs were being checked in for the same time slot, and the receptionist simply stated they were “super booked.” Busy days happen, but scheduling multiple pets for the exact same appointment time creates unnecessary crowding, long waits, and added stress for the animals. Despite our confirmed appointment, Jack was not taken back until 10:00 AM. That meant he had to sit in a cage for an hour, waiting for a spot he was already scheduled for. This kind of overbooking completely defeats the purpose of having an appointment. The most concerning issue occurred during pickup. After we paid, staff brought out a completely different dog—not Jack. They then had to ask us which dog was ours. This is more than disorganization; it is a serious safety failure. A grooming facility must maintain accurate pet identification and tracking at all times. Mixing up dogs raises alarming questions about how animals are monitored and handled throughout their stay. We were also incorrectly charged, and when the mistake was acknowledged, we were told the refund could be delayed due to the holiday—even though Thanksgiving is still days away. Accurate billing should not hinge on the time of year. The combination of overbooking, delayed appointments, pets left waiting in cages, disorganized check-in, incorrect pet identification, and billing errors reflects significant operational problems. Pets are family, and owners need absolute confidence that their animals are handled safely and professionally from check-in to pickup. Given the severity of these issues, meaningful service recovery from management is not just appropriate—it is expected. A situation involving misidentifying a customer’s dog and multiple procedural errors warrants clear acknowledgment, corrective action, and a genuine effort to make this right.

My pit bull was so happy to get a bath and her nails trimmed and her teeth brushed. She was a good girl and they took really good care of her.

HORRIBLE PLACE! If you want to pick up a healthy pet after the groomers DONT go here!!! I took my dog there and when I picked him up he couldn't open his eyes. The groomer was Kendra (also the manager), she told me that she thought hair had gotten in his eye and she rinsed it. I didn't take him home after that I took him straight to my vet but they were closing so I had to take him to urgent care. The vet told me since he was fine when I dropped him off at the groomers that something had to have happened AT the groomers (he was there for 3 hours). They found ulcers in his eyes. The vet indicated that they most likely sprayed or put something in his eyes they weren't supposed to. Mary the owner did not compensate me for my full vet bills or my grooming appointment “because the service was done”. Now my poor baby is miserable but the service was done right?
