The host, Sierra, was very nice and welcoming. I think I just expected more items to smash. We went as a group of four, and it worked out to about two items per person—one large item and one beer bottle—which felt a bit limited. Overall, it was still a fun experience and surprisingly soothing to smash things. I do wish overalls were included in the price, especially for a 20-minute session.

I know people say this all the time, but this place really does deserve more than 5 stars. I reserved for 6 for a Bachelorette party. This was the second place I looked at, and the price for the time was already better than the first place I checked. The owner was amazing, staying in communication with me for the weeks leading up to the event day. She was so sweet and personable. When we got there, everyone was amazing, making sure we had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves. Enjoy ourselves we did! We were able to play our own music during our time, and they even had a nice surprise for our Bachelorette in her room. We were able to switch rooms so long as there were only 3 per room for safety. There was plenty to destroy as well as glass bottles for each of us. They had bats, sledge hammers, crow bars and golf clubs we could smash with. They offered overalls as well as helmets with face shields and ear protection. They sanitized them all. We did both the rage room and the paint room. Both were so much fun. We bought a last minute tv for one room, and they had it ready fast. We had a great time, but our Bachelorette left a personalized bag there. We are from out of state, and the owners went above and beyond getting her bag sent to her (her sister made it and it was extremely special to her). This place is the type of business that others should strive to be. A great experience before, during, and after. I highly recommend it. We plan on visiting NOLA again, and I plan on going back. Thank you Mash It Out for everything!!!

What a fun time. We had a group of six, we went through multiple rooms smashing everything in sight. Safety equipment was provided and the staff was professional and friendly. I recommend this to everybody

We had an amazing time! It was such an enjoyable and therapeutic experience. The whole setup was fun, but my absolute favorite was breaking apart the washing machine—so satisfying! Highly recommend for a unique and stress-relieving activity.

The young lady at the desk was amazing! She strongly recommended the paint wich my wife and i didn't know they had.... I'm so happy we took her advice we did the new glow room they had and had a blast... the smash room was just the cherry on top... they made it a great experience and made us very comfortable about demolishing there things lol.... great way to end or 6 year anniversary trip! Left it all in the smash room lol.... a must do if your in New Orleans 10 outta 10 experience!
