I had a great first experience. The front desk was so lovely. I booked with Steven and it was a great choice. He ensured I was comfortable the whole time as well as he really did discuss on the problematic area I was having. I left well informed of how to take care of myself moving forward with working at a desk all day. (without it being annoying you know) I went home and scheduled multiple future appointments. I recommend
I have had two sessions with Robyn for reflexology. It was just amazing. She really knows what she’s doing and has that magic hands. I went there with severe foot pain and right after the first session itself I felt the difference. Great job and I am a happy customer
Oksana Balamut I had an extremely unpleasant and unprofessional experience with Oksana Balamut at Massage Addict Kitchener. She was rude, dismissive, and completely lacked basic customer care. Even though I had clearly written that I wanted a full body massage with extra focus on my back, she kept questioning me and insisted I choose one or the other. She mentioned having a small cut and wore gloves the entire time, making the massage scratchy and uncomfortable. When I politely asked for a bit more pressure, she responded rudely, saying I should have booked with someone else. Her tone, attitude, and lack of respect were shocking. Throughout the session, she behaved coldly and distant, as if she didn’t want to touch or communicate with me. I couldn’t help but feel her behavior was discriminatory — it seemed she was uncomfortable serving clients from other backgrounds. If she has such biases, she should not be in a profession that requires care, respect, and equal treatment of clients. She ended the massage early and rushed out without even basic courtesy. People should be aware before booking with her — she completely ruined what should have been a relaxing experience. I strongly urge management to look into this unacceptable behavior.
First massage here with Devin Baker - excellent! He understood my specific needs and did a great job making full use of the time, balancing amongst areas of concern. Great technique and demeanour. Would recommend 100%.
My wife and I have both been here, it was "meh" at best. Massage was probably 1 of our least enjoyed and we wouldn't recommend. Place is in need of a refresh, could be more friendly less of the next number please type of feel. It wasn't horrible but for a massage place, there just wasn't a feeling that would make us go back.
