Greatest place to learn advanced math!! My 2nd grade twins have thoroughly enjoyed going to Mathnasium in Highland Park over the past 6 months to get ahead in school. They do a great job keeping everything fun and exciting (the prize system, theme days, etc always keep my kids eager to go back!) This location has the nicest, most knowledgeable staff and when my kids are here, I feel my kids are safe, well-supported, and are always learning something new. Thank you for making math so much fun for kids! Highly recommend!
This Mathnasium location has the potential to be helpful but parents need to be very involved in each session to ensure that the instructors know what should be covered otherwise the sessions may not be applicable to their current class work. The communication is kind of lacking and requires constant involvement. If your child isn’t great at asking for help or says they don’t need help with their homework the instructors don’t get involved and it ends up being expensive babysitting. Just, this isn’t just a “I’m dropping off my kid and hoping for the best” kind of scenario, it’s work for the parents too. Also, their cancellation policy is inconsistent and we were not able to attend our final session even though we got a session reminder because we were told one end date but they ended our contract earlier than we were told. This is a good place for some, but not for all.
Mathnasium is awesome! They are very helpful with homework and they are happy to help. Would highly recommend .
My son has had a great experience here - he’s definitely making progress with his math and is motivated by their incentive program.

The space is organized and welcoming, and scheduling is flexible, which is a huge plus for busy families. Since joining, I have noticed real improvements not just in grades, but also in attitude toward math. Highly recommend it for anyone who wants to strengthen their math skills in a supportive, effective setting.
