Matthew Kelly Construction replaced part of our house’s foundation. Matthew coordinated effectively with engineers, subcontractors and inspectors. Matthew and his crew and office staff were very good about keeping us informed about the work’s progress including upcoming events such as special inspections. Matthew and his crew were always friendly, professional, and easy to work with. Once they arrived on site, the crew worked straight through until the project was completed. The overall project proceeded smoothly & efficiently and finished in a timely manner. at the end of the project, the site was completely cleaned up, and our house our house was completely restored to its original appearance. It was a pleasure to work with Matthew, and we will certainly consider him for future projects.
Working with Mathew has been such a pleasant experience. From the very first time I talked to him on the phone, I felt extremely confident in his skill and expertise and ability to fix our foundation problem. Matthew Kelly Construction recently completed a partial foundation replacement and dry rot repairs for my house in San Francisco. Matthew took a lot of time to talk about the project with me to ensure we were all on the same page. He had a very detailed and clear estimate and contract. Since this was a major structural repair on an old house, I was a bit nervous. But Matthew worked closely with the structural engineer and made sure all the temporary shoring was solid. The house did not move even a fraction of an inch. They also did a great job keeping the construction site orderly and clean and finished within schedule and budget. As we were wrapping up, Matthew took care to make sure I was happy with every last detail. Strong professionalism and craftsmanship.
We worked with Matthew Kelly on a three -story wood stair case for our apartment building. Matthew managed the project plus painting including scaffolding and repairs. His communication willingness to work with us was outstanding. I would work with him again without reservation.
