System works fantastic (1hour post install) house already feels warm and is coming to temp. Technicians were nice. Absolutely appreciative of the opportunity and blessing to have a new furnace. My furnace broke at 6 pm on a day when the temperature was 0 degrees. I called multiple service companies; however, none provided timely service. At 8:36 pm, I got a call from Maumee Valley Heating Company, who said he could schedule service for the next day from 8-10 am. I accepted and was very thankful for their timely response. The next day, two guys arrived at my house on time, were very nice, and worked carefully to look into the problem. They told me lots of technical details, step by step, and helped me understand how the furnace worked. Finally, they found the blower motor was burnt out and needed to be replaced. They offered several options, and finally, the furnace was repaired. It was running excellently. I appreciate their excellent service and very friendly communication.
Mike was prompt, efficient, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He diagnosed the issue quickly (inducer motor), explained everything in a way that made sense, and got the job done without wasting time. Part ordered and replaced within 24 hours! On top of that, he was friendly and easy to talk to, which made the whole experience stress-free. The system is working perfectly now. I would absolutely recommend Mike and Maumee Valley Heating, Inc., and would gladly use them again.
I purchased an historic home - built in 1919 - that came with a Boiler. Little did I know that hidden behind my main kitchen cabinet (under the sink) was an old radiator - which was standing in the way of my remodelling plans! I have no experience with boilers, so went online to find a business that could work on them and get the radiator disconnected from the system and removed. I found Maumee Valley Heating and A/C and after reading other reviews, gave them a call. They sent out Jeff who was wonderful, upfront and honest to speak with - and we discussed the system and what it would take to make the needed repairs. I agreed to the price and he returned in a couple days with some helpers (sorry, I forgot their names!) to remove the radiator - NOT an easy job, for sure. These guys worked incredibly hard to get rid of the estimated 600 pound beast and charged a fair price (that didn't change when the final bill came!)...... I then scheduled Jeff to return to service the rest of the equipment to be sure I have a fresh start to winter. I would HIGHLY recommend Maumee without hesitation to anyone in need of Boiler system service or other HVAC service!!!
