The staff there was so caring and kind. They were able to do the tests to determine what was wrong with my dog very quickly. The amount of compassion and understanding they showed to me and my dog while I was terrified was truly appreciated. I would highly recommend them! Thank you!
I brought my cat in as a first time patient, the paperwork was easy to fill out and everyone was friendly. Wait time was no longer than 15 minutes. I’m really thankful for the care Shadow received by Robin Johnson DVM at Mayfair Animal Hospital. She was sent home with medication and after a few days we started noticing a difference. I’m really happy and satisfied with this Animal Hospital.
I could not highlight enough positive things about Mayfair Animal Hospital & ER. The staff are amazing, knowledgeable and meet your needs without judgement. I had a particularly unusual case w my lovely french bulldog Jayla that left me with a million questions, and the doctors sat and listened to every one. They gave me my options and the pros and cons associated with each. I went the surgery route and Jayla is doing wonderfully. I was so anxious about the whole thing but they treated her as if she was their own. She is now home recovering. 🥹 What lead me to write this review is the extra mile they went to give me a call today and check on her. This is not something I’ve ever experienced when it comes to vet visits and my pups have had surgery and serious issue before… the small gesture truly warmed my heart. I know price is something that scares people away and I’ve seen people comment on the price and that it’s high but I’ve honestly never had a vet visit where it wasn’t. This is an up to date vet w an experienced team of people. Not to mention they are also an ER. The price is expected but what makes it a little bit more palatable is the QUALITY of care. Dr Pepper was teated with care and kindness. He hates going to to the Vet. They diagnosed the problem and came up with a treatment plan all in one visit. Thank you MAHER.
I just wanted to say a huge thank you to the staff at Mayfair Animal Hospital. My best friend Clyde was suffering from late stage CHF and when the time came to do what was best for him, they could not have been more calm, caring, and understanding. They made us feel at home from the very beginning and gave us all the time we needed throughout the entire process, and for that I am eternally grateful. This was my first time saying goodbye and I could not have asked for a better experience for the hardest thing I've ever had to do. Again, thank you all so much from the bottom of my heart.
