My experience with this property management company has been an absolute nightmare and I strongly recommend avoiding them entirely. From the very beginning, they ask you to submit your detailed leasing requirements and preferences, only to completely ignore every single one and force their own standard lease. There is no transparency whatsoever — they never disclose their policies, including mandatory annual fees, and you’re hit with constant surprise charges that require owner approval under your terms but are billed anyway without consultation. Maintenance is a disaster: they bypass all your preferred vendors, send their own contractors who show up unannounced, leave jobs half-done, and slap you with inflated, unnecessary invoices. Communication is practically non-existent — responses are rare, slow, and usually just generic AI-generated emails; staff turnover happens silently so you’re left emailing people who no longer work there with no notification. To make matters worse, they sit on your rent money for a full 30 days before disbursing it, far longer than any reasonable industry standard. In the end, this company shows zero regard for you, your property, or your finances — their only apparent goal is squeezing every possible dollar out of owners while delivering the bare minimum (or less) in service. Save yourself the enormous stress, lost money, and endless headaches: do not use this company under any circumstances.

McCaw is well run and very organized. I live far away from my property and needed peace of mind. Darla got our house rented in less than a month and Ricardo has been doing a great job of managing the property and answering any questions immediately . The portal is very organized and easy to track all funds and maintenance. Glad I found them.
