I had a great experience at MD Urgent Care. The staff was friendly, professional, and very attentive from start to finish. I was seen quickly, and the provider took the time to actually listen to my concerns and explain everything clearly. The facility was clean and well-organized, which made the whole visit feel comfortable and efficient. I really appreciated how smooth the process was, definitely a place I’d recommend and return to if needed.
The calm in the room was noticeable just walking in. Tore, front desk,went above and beyond to help me resolve an issue I had with pre-employment drug screening. From the phone assistance to the in person visit, quick, made me feel calm and assisted every step of the way. Jocelyn, nurse, assisted me quick, we made sure everything was done accurately and properly. I left with a smile and happy to start my new position. ❌Urgent care？ ✅ Slow care！ Horrible wait time for almost 2 hours. Last time when I was there I was 28, now I’m 8 month old. Yes, reincarnated into my new life due to SLOW treatment. Long story short: NEVER going again, what a waste of time and life.
Outstanding care and an exceptional physician We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Dr. Chidiak and couldn’t be more grateful for his care. From the very beginning, he was kind, attentive, and genuinely took the time to listen and explain everything clearly and patiently. He made us feel completely comfortable and never rushed the appointment. Dr. Chidiak thoroughly reviewed the situation, explained the treatment plan in detail, and made sure we understood each medication — including what it was for, how to take it, and what to expect. He was especially thoughtful in warning us about side effects (like the urine color change), which we truly appreciated. He even made sure a probiotic was included and explained the best timing to take it with the antibiotic — that level of care really stands out. He coordinated everything seamlessly with our preferred pharmacy, ensured the prescriptions were sent correctly, and showed genuine concern for our upcoming travel. Beyond being an excellent doctor, he is also incredibly personable, friendly, and easy to talk to — the kind of physician you immediately trust. We were so happy to meet Dr. Chidiak and are extremely thankful for how well he took care of us. Truly a pleasure to meet such a compassionate, knowledgeable, and professional doctor. Highly recommend without hesitation!
About a week ago, I brought my mother to the ER for an infection, and the experience was outstanding. Jamie (PA), Jocelyn (MA), and Lourd (manager) were incredible. From check-in to discharge, everything was fast, efficient, and caring. She was taken in within minutes, tested quickly, lab results came back almost immediately, and her prescription was ready at CVS within about 20 minutes. The entire visit took roughly an hour. The facility was clean, well organized, and run by smart, compassionate professionals. It’s rare to find an ER this efficient and genuinely caring. I was extremely pleasantly surprised and would highly recommend this place. Thank you to the entire team!
