I've had several procedures performed at MedSpa Nevada. The owner Jeanette, is an APRN and has many years of experience in the medical field. She also trained extensively for her knowledge and experience with lasers, of which she has many types. I plan on being a return patron forever! There are so many procedures I want to try. These are a great way to rejuvenate your body and your well-being without surgery! She's very professional, calming and reassuring. Oh, and she's very sweet.
I was looking for a new place for neurotoxin injections, and I came across some before and after photos of Mackenzie’s work that my friend had posted. My friend looked absolutely stunning and natural after her appointment with Mackenzie. Today was my first visit to MedSpaNV, and I was immediately greeted by both Mackenzie and Jeannette. They were incredibly warm and welcoming, which made my experience so comfortable. Their positive, energetic vibes were amazing. While my Botox hasn’t fully settled yet, the atmosphere was a perfect 10/10, and I’ll definitely be back for future treatments.
Jeanette was very professional, and I trusted her opinion on which vitamin supplements to have added to the IV infusion therapy. I have so much more energy and felt great even hours afterwards! The office was well stocked and very clean.

After having micro-needling with PRP from Med Spa NV, I can absolutely say I feel like the treatment turned back the hands of time on my face. My skin looked and felt 5 years younger in the months following the treatment! Jeanette’s skills as an injector with neurotoxins like Botox also helped in the wrinkle department! I took a long break from toxins and was nervous to return, but I’ve NEVER had results as amazing as I am experiencing now, and I cannot recommend Jeanette enough! Every time I enter the Med Spa NV doors I’m greeted with the best energy and a warm, caring environment. I love this spa so much I get regular hydra-facials here, which have SERIOUSLY helped with my hormonal acne and hydration/skin clarity. Jeanette and her staff continue to amaze me with their consideration for wanting to help you look and feel your best, at whatever pace works for you! Can’t recommend this Med Spa enough!
