Dr. Sarah Moore was absolutely incredible. She was very informative, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly. This was the first time a doctor took the time to break down every concern I came in for. She gave me her full attention, was extremely gentle, and explained everything I needed to do in a clear and reassuring way. She prescribed the right medication, explained exactly how to take it, and for the first time I received real explanations for every diagnosis and issue I had. She also helped remove a few skin tags that were making me uncomfortable and upset, and she did it with so much care. I highly recommend her and I am beyond grateful. I will keep coming to her clinic no matter how far I live.
I had a great experience at MedDerm. The front office staff were friendly and warm. The nurse and doctor were both friendly, compassionate, and professional. They took the time to listen to my concerns and I never felt like they were in a hurry to get me out the door.
I have been coming to MedDerm for many years and thankfully so, as Dr. Pelle caught melanoma on my back some years back and yes, she got it all. Very professional and compassionate at the same time. She's very knowledgeable in her professional and I trust whole heartedly. Would highly recommend MedDerm. Thank you Dr. Pelle!
I've been coming to this dermatology clinic for a few years and I have seen several providers. But my most recent visit on November 3, 2025 was the best yet. As usual, all the staff were helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. But I saw a new provider today named Ashley. She was FANTASTIC. Ashley listened to me, provided valuable feedback, acknowledged me and my nephew (who is my healthcare advocate), and then treated me with care and compassion. I had the best experience possible and I look forward to being a patient of MedDerm and Ashley for a long time. Well done, MedDerm team!
