I strongly caution against working with this company due to their unprofessional and harmful business practices. Their marketing efforts were abysmal, consistently mismanaging our phone numbers and overspending despite explicit instructions to stay within budget. They misled us about the contract amount, and when we requested adjustments, they failed to respond appropriately. Worse, they refused to grant us control over our own business property. After we left a review highlighting their poor performance, the company retaliated with tortious interference, actively working to harm our business--an issue that persists to this day. In a particularly vindictive move, they took down our website, which we paid for over a year ago, purely as retaliation for the negative review. We previously worked with BXB and Strategic America, and neither conducted business with such incompetence or malice. Beware of this company--they are unreliable and retaliatory.
Absolute Window
I have worked with this company for 2 years and am extremely unhappy with their service. When we needed to make small or large changes to any advertising material, it took weeks to months to complete. At one point they made a social post for an HVAC company, and we are a window installation company. It is very difficult to get a response and this company does not keep to a realistic or professional timeline on any project they promise. I would not recommend this business.

Great Company I would recommend. They have referred many great clients to Upfrog who we have assisted over the last few years. One of the best companies in this space and they really care about their customers needs. When they are willing to work side by side it speaks about about management there! Very deserving of 5 stars!

Rich, Michael and the entire Mediagistic team has been a fantastic partner for us. We have worked with them for well over 5-years and have done two website remodels over the year. They consistently follow up on updates that may be needed, verify some follow ups from form fills, help us with Google algorithm success and update all of our social media postings. If we ever have a request, their team stays on it and follows up with me so it is never delayed or untimely. If anything, they are on me requesting feedback or direction to help us recognize all opportunities that we have in our marketing and PR campaigns. I have other agencies that I can work with but they take care of me well, understand my industry and are very responsive when we have requests.

We have been working with Mediagistic's for the last few years and they have been absolutely wonderful . I have personally worked very closely with Lillian and Chase over the last couple of years and they are on top of everything each and every time I contact them or have any questions. They help to point me in the right direction as to what would and would not work best for us, as well as assisting me and learning more about the marketing process as that is not my area of expertise. They have done a great job of keeping up with our website and social media as well. Look forward to the continued working relationship!
