Here’s my review after an initial introductory class…..in the style of my favourite author. The room was high and bare. Wood underfoot, walls pale and quiet. Coz sat low, watching, answering the questions that came. The people sat in a circle. They spoke in low tones. They listened to one another. They reflected. Words moved slow and settled, then gave way to silence. The meditation came. Time stretched. Heart and breath marked it. It was good. I would go again.

I have been going to the meditation group since it started in 2023 at the redditch venue . My sleeping has improved immensely through working on my breathing techniques and meditation . I have learnt to completely relax my body when needed to . Manifestation is a daily occurrence now and I thoroughly believe in this . I started meditation at a point of my life where my sleep was terrible, had low self esteem and felt depressed.
