We just purchased a recliner from Mega Furniture, and I had to leave a review because the service was that good. Our salesman, Seven (yes, like the number!), was absolutely awesome. He was fun, patient, knowledgeable, and really took the time to help us find exactly what we needed without any pressure. He worked with us and made sure we got a great deal, which we truly appreciated. It’s not every day you meet someone who genuinely enjoys helping customers, and Seven made the whole experience easy and pleasant. If you’re shopping at Mega Furniture, I highly recommend asking for him. We’re very happy with our purchase!
From the moment I walked in, they greeted us! They were not pushy or trying to sell us whatever. We were able to walk around and try out dinning tables without feeling pressured. Jesse was knowledgeable and patient with us as well! But all the staff are just as great! Mind you they have literally the exact same thing as Ashley’s for a fraction of the price! All in all the service and quality was amazing!
Outstanding Service from start to finish- MaryAnne was AMAZING!!! I had such a wonderful experience at Mega Furniture, and I have to highlight the incredible service we received from MaryAnne. It's hard to believe it was her first day because she was absolutely phenomenal! She helped us select the perfect sofa sectional for my living room and made the entire process so easy. She was so unbelievably sweet, patient, and genuinely friendly, not only with me, but with my mom, my daughter, and even my grandbaby (who felt so comfortable that he let MaryAnne hold him!) That alone says everything about her kindness and energy. MaryAnne also made sure we had a delivery date within the week, which we really appreciated. The delivery team was just as impressive. The two men arrived right on time, called me 15 minutes before arriving, and had the sofa set up exactly how I wanted in no time. They were in and out under 30 minutes and took every bit of packaging and trash with them. Absolutely flawless service. We also got a great price, and never once felt rushed or pressured. Truly the best overall experience. I can't say enough good things about MaryAnne and the delivery team. Highly, highly recommend and definitely ask for MaryAnne!
My mother purchased a loveseat couch from these people. Everything was good. She purchased a warranty from a company. They sell for five year warranty so she had an accident when her couch got a tour like a small hairline thing tearing it so call the insurance like I was told send pictures do all they want to do then they send me email said they would not repair it so my thing is I called them and could get no help with no one but they wouldn’t even let me talk to the supervisor at this furniture place and make a furniture. They told me to email these people of these people you send the email to the thing that sent you. It says they’re not available. My thing is if you have your Cell warranty, you need to let your sales people know how to conduct that warranty. Let them know what’s covered and what’s not covered because I don’t see why this is not covered. So I advise do not buy the warranty from these people and buy any furniture
Jesse was phenomenal! Friendly, professional and not pushy. Working with him was easy and we left as happy customers with a new couch.
