EDIT- The clinic response is that it was a "no show", a straight lie -- yes I didn't show because THEY canceled the appointment. Proves my point: dishonest. --- Mixed feelings... I thought my clinician and the staff I met in person were wonderful, but management is dishonest. I had an end date after which I couldn't do more treatments due to a new medication I was starting that interacts with active skin care. I told this to them on my last appointment and was convinced to book a quick add-on treatment for the week after. That appointment then got canceled by the clinic because their machine needed maintenance. I didn't have time to rebook prior to my end date. I approached management to request a refund, politely, a completely reasonable request given the clinic canceled on me. Management just flatly said deposits are non refundable "no matter what" regardless of circumstances, which is just so unreasonable given all the above. I couldn't believe it. They did offer me to redeem it for more treatments for an extended period "as a gesture of good will" (the treatments I can't have). They kept the $100. Towards the end of the exchange the tone was "we are done here" vibes. It just feels like shit because you choose a small business instead of some chain place because you want to support them AND in exchange you expect customer service that treats you like a person. But I got this blanket response that may as well have been automated. This is after spending thousands there. If you do choose to go here be very clear that every time they book your next date on your way out you are agreeing to never seeing your deposit again, even if you don't come back because THEY cancel, even if the circumstances are completely outside your control. Left a very bad taste in my mouth.
I have had a really good experience at Melbourne Skin! I’ve only been twice but both times were amazing! I have been with Amanda for both where I received peels, the treatment was so relaxing and every process was explained thoroughly! The clinic is also stunning, really makes your experience that much better ✨
I had 2 appointments at Melbourne Skin clinic. The first appointment I had a chemical peel which left my skin feeling great ( after the initial skin shedding) I bought 2 products there also. The second appointment I had a hydra facial which was as amazing. Although some treatments are quite expensive, it’s well worth it for the results but it is for this reason that I can’t afford to return.
I've had an amazing experience at Melbourne Skin! The staff are professional, friendly, and really take the time to understand your skin concerns. The clinic is modern, clean, and welcoming. After just a few treatments, I’ve noticed a real improvement in my skin. Highly recommend!

She always goes above and beyond for her customers and makes you feel so valued every time you walk through the door. The boutique itself has had such a beautiful makeover.
