Great gift shop! Service is amazing.
First time visiting this store and it will be the last. Felt like Julia Robert's in Pretty woman. No acknowledgement from any staff and upon leaving I said "Thank you" and the two employees just glared at me. Lost a customer with money to spend!
Went into store on December 9 for Christmas shopping. Saw some Brighton jewelry I knew would be perfect gift for my daughter. They did not have earrings in the store. I inquired about ordering a pair and was told I could leave my name and phone number and an order would be placed. I followed up with a visit to the store on December 23 because I had heard nothing. Was told "no they have not come in and we would have called you if they did." What I heard in that response was "no they are not in, please stop bothering us." Now it is January 6 and I have heard nothing. I placed an online order myself directly through Brighton. It will be interesting to see if this order comes before I get a call from Mel's. I am no longer a Mel's customer.
