Steven & Blake from Memento Collective were incredible on our wedding day. My partner and I were both a bit nervous about being on camera but as soon as the guys arrived we felt a lot more at ease than we expected. They were so friendly and relaxed and made us feel so comfortable. The booking process was simple - Steven reached out early on and discussed everything with me to make sure that Memento Collective would be a good fit for us. He checked in regularly with us and talked through the wedding timeline and what we could expect in terms of the photos and video. I found the photos to be a really fun part of the day and Steven and Blake made us feel so comfortable. I hardly even noticed that they were there (especially Blake on video) throughout the ceremony and for most of the day which made our photos look very natural, which is exactly what we wanted. They also dealt with wind, flyaway flowers, children and dogs and somehow managed to get amazing shots of everything. True pros! They interacted with the other vendors and our families, bridal party and other guests so well. They were polite and helpful and were very flexible when the venue required a change in our dinner timeline. They checked-in with us frequently about everything and actually helped us make decisions on the day when the timing of things was adjusted. They then also made sure the other vendors were on the same page too. We are very grateful for all of their help. The smiles on their faces as they captured cute moments was so nice and made it very obvious that they love what they do. This was also very infectious and got everyone smiling and laughing. We received some “teaser” photos two days after our wedding. It was more than I expected - about 40 photos. And they are incredible. We are so happy with the photos and cannot wait to see the rest and see our wedding video. Thank you Memento Collective for making our wedding day so special!
