This place was very attentive and the people were very nice. The front staff was very accommodating in helping my situation and helped me find options that worked for me. Thank u to the team and a social thank u to the registration lady Kendra. You guys helped me so much.
Visited Memorial Heights Emergency Center this past weekend for a vertigo issue my wife was having. Sudden dizziness, nausea, vomiting. The staff were very attentive and very caring. The doctor, Dr. Marconi, made sure to check in several times and was patient and a good listener. Nurse Aida was very kind. Apparently, she had issues with vertigo in the past and was able to relate to what my wife was going through. They gave her fluids and anti nausea meds. We were there for about 2 hours before she was well enough to leave. Overall great experience! Highly recommended if you need emergency care. Everyone was helpful…from the before mentioned doctor and nurse, to the CT guys (Jeff & Rahul), the ER Tech (Max) and the front desk secretary (Kendra).
I’ve taken my son here twice now. Both times I’ve had a pleasant visit. It was professional, clean facility, quick, and the check in process is smooth. The med assistant was nice and patient with my toddler, as well with the doc, he listenend to all my concerns, super patient and attentive with my son. Visit overall went well, quick, efficient and pleasant, will most definitely continue to take my son.
I had to take my daughter here for a sprained ankle after a softball game. The staff was so helpful and made her feel so welcomed! The facility is very clean and the ER doctor was so nice. I will be returning in the future in case of any emergencies. Thank you!

The facility is very clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable environment during a stressful time. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, and the communication throughout my visit was outstanding. I would definitely recommend Memorial Heights ER to my family and friends.
